1.2.3.4.Legalized and Registered FINAL CONTRACT AND INVOICE with refinerys reference number. Seller activates a 2% PB. (Not for Spot purchases)
b)             Tanker Ullage Report at loading port, with time log and Shipmasters report.
d)             Notice of Readiness (NOR) lodged by Shipmaster at loading port, countersigned for acceptance by terminals representative.
f)              Master sample receipt at loading port.
h)             Certificate of Insurance Coverage with payment confirmation issued by
